MODENA V1
A saturated E61 group, kept simple.
Built around a 500 ml saturated E61 brew boiler and a separate 1 L steam boiler, ready in about 4 minutes. Electronic PID temperature control and a silent vibration pump keep the shot consistent, without the added controls of the V2. Finishes: Stainless Steel, Matte Black, Matte White.

A dedicated 500 ml coffee boiler for precise brew temperature is backed by a 2 L heat-exchanger boiler that preheats the water feeding it — reducing thermal shock and speeding recovery. A 3-step sequential pressure profile runs 3–6 bar, then 6–12 bar, then 7–12 bar. Finishes: Stainless Steel, Matte Black, Matte White.
A high-performance rotary pump keeps brew pressure controlled and consistent, shot after shot.
