Ready for both at once.
Système espresso à double chauffage : une chaudière à café dédiée de 500 ml pour une température de brassage stable, ainsi qu'un thermobloc vapeur séparé pour une montée en température rapide. Deux pompes permettent d'extraire et de produire de la vapeur simultanément.
- Pure Fusion, véritable pré-infusion : Pression 1 3–7 bar, Pression 2 7–11 bar, toutes deux réglables
- Régulation électronique de la température par PID
- Contrôle via l'application, avec l'Elenza Scale en option pour l'extraction au poids
