Système espresso à double chaudière articulé autour d'une chaudière de brassage E61 saturée de 500 ml et d'une chaudière vapeur séparée de 1 l, prête en environ 4 minutes.
- Pure Fusion, véritable pré-infusion à deux étages : P1 3–7 bar, P2 7–11 bar
- Contrôle manuel du débit pour ajuster finement l'extraction et le profil de pression
- Régulation électronique de la température par PID, pompe à vibration silencieuse
- Contrôle via l'application, avec l'Elenza Scale en option pour l'extraction au poids
