Ready for both at once.
Dual-heating espresso system: a dedicated 500 ml coffee boiler for stable brew temperature, plus a separate steam thermoblock for fast heat-up. Two pumps let you brew and steam at the same time.
- Pure Fusion true pre-infusion: Pressure 1 3–7 bar, Pressure 2 7–11 bar, both adjustable
- Electronic PID temperature control
- App control with optional Elenza Scale for brew-by-weight
